At Kanmalai Digital Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since we process digital and government-related services, cancellations and refunds are limited.
Cancellations are allowed only before the service process begins.
Once data or documents are submitted to government portals, cancellation isn’t possible.
Refunds are issued only in these cases:
Payment deducted but service not initiated due to a technical issue.
Duplicate payments made accidentally.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
No refund once the service is processed or partially completed.
Consultancy, documentation, or IT service fees are non-refundable.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, email admin@kanmalai.digital with your transaction ID and service name.
