At Kanmalai Digital Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since we process digital and government-related services, cancellations and refunds are limited.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed only before the service process begins.

  • Once data or documents are submitted to government portals, cancellation isn’t possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in these cases:

  • Payment deducted but service not initiated due to a technical issue.

  • Duplicate payments made accidentally.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

No Refund Policy

  • No refund once the service is processed or partially completed.

  • Consultancy, documentation, or IT service fees are non-refundable.
